The Organisating Commitee is cooperating with the person who can help you in the organization of transfers from and to the airport. Please find the information below:

We would like to offer you an option of transfer facilities from and to the Airport in Cracow.

If you are interested in ordering a transfer, please send a request via e-mail using the address uekhospitality@gmail.com.

Please provide a note with your:

Flight Number
Arrival time in Cracow
City from which you are planning to fly to Cracow
The address of your accommodation in Cracow (hotel/apartment)

In case your arrival airport is not in Cracow, you can contact us using the same e-mail address (uekhospitality@gmail.com), and the transfer can be organized as well.

Transfer details:

A driver is waiting for you at the airport with your name written on a small board/sheet of paper
He will drive you directly to your hotel or apartment
